The 4th Africa-EU Forum had the Secretary of the General Libyan Authority for Transfer of Property and Investment, Jamal Lemouchi, focused on the needing the private sector’s increased participation in order to meet basic demands in Africa.
Lemouchi, who chairs the organization’s commission, said the meeting would formulate recommendations which would be transmitted to the leaders of the AU and EU countries to serve as a working document at the summit.
