Siemens Southern Africa and Africa gets a familiar face with the return of Siegmar Proebstl. He comes back after being CEO of the company’s local arm from 2006-2009. He left the company to head Siemens’ renewable energy division in its home office in Munich, Germany.
Proebstl said that the company’s priority focus will be on solutions for sustainable urban infrastructure development, renewable energy, and environmentally-friendly products and services.
