THE WORLD ENERGY COUNCIL AND FINANCIAL TIMES ANNOUNCE 2008 FT-WEC ENERGY LEADERS SUMMIT
LONDON: 4 April 2008: The Financial Times and the World Energy Council (WEC) announced today that the first annual FT–WEC Energy Leaders Summit will be taking place in London on September 16th and 17th 2008. The two day summit, to be held at The Cumberland in London, will examine the issue of Investment opportunities in Clean Energy Businesses.
Harnessing the knowledge of players on the frontlines of the energy debate – traditional and new energy companies, governments and financiers – the Financial Times and WEC’s Investment Opportunities in Clean Energy Businesses seeks to reconcile the vision of tomorrow’s energy landscape with the practical realities of today’s energy resources and is based on the very latest energy research.
