Powerway Renewable Energy Company Ltd. and PanelClaw Group Inc. announced a partnership to offer mounting and balance of system solutions for commercial and utility-scale solar PV plants. The partnership will see the factories in China and South Africa play a more integral role in the overall operations.
The partnership includes sharing manufacturing locations, product portfolios, and engineering services. Together, the two companies hold in-house and contract manufacturing capacity to supply solutions for 1.4 GW of PV plants annually.
"Lowering the total cost of PV installations is the name of the game," said PanelClaw Group CEO Thomas Ringler. "We are thrilled to partner with Powerway to expand the global footprints of both firms and reduce the overall cost of PV installation for our customers, while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety."
