Phaesun Supplies 314 Local Eritrean Towns with Off-Grid PV

Phaesun continues its work in Eritrea, currently reaching 314 local communities with off-grid PV systems totaling 265 kWh. These systems are used to power computers, lighting and office equipment, training centers, and community courts.

Phaesun said this was the largest delivery of off-grid solar systems ever to reach Eritrea. In a release, Phaesun said: “This project plays an important role as far as an effective organization of administrative processes is concerned.” The firm said that the local governments can now function without diesel generators or being connected to the grid.
