Northern Nigeria saw at least 15 people killed and 30 injured as gunmen attacked a college in Kano state. Police commissioner Adelere Shinaba said insurgents ran onto the grounds of the Federal College of Education after exchanging fire with police.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
