IREC Gets Underway in Abuja

The International Renewable Energy Conference (IREC) kicked off today in Abuja, Nigeria to discuss exploiting renewable energy opportunities in Africa.

Distinguished speakers include Nigerian President Umaru Yar’Adua and various ministers from Nigeria and Israel. Topics to be discussed range from mobilizing finance, policy regulation, and carbon finance for micro-energy projects, just to name a few.
