Total Cameroon has seen a lot of success in its sale of its Awango solar lamps in Cameroon. The company said sales were a “phenomenal success” with more than 90,000 being sold yearly in the West African country through its fuel stations network.
Total was the first company in Cameroon to commercialize rechargeable solar lamps and while it is now seeing some competition; the sales statistics for its Awango lamps are quite satisfying.
