AEP Energy Africa, a black-empowered clean energy group, has debuted on the JSE’s AltX market. The company is the JSE’s seventh special purpose acquisition company on AltX.
AEP plans to raise about R400-million to spearhead acquisitions and redevelopment. The funds will also be used in the operation of a portfolio of assets in LNG, power generation, battery energy storage, power distribution, and fuel logistics.
