Infinity Solar Company plans to complete a 130-MW solar power plant during the next year under Egypt’s FiT program’s second phase.
Infinity Solar successfully secured 85% of the finance from a German bank while the local component was funded by the Arab African International Bank, HR Director Hisham El Gamal stated.
The solar station’s project will be completed in cooperation with German’s IB Vogt Company, El Gamal added.
Infinity Solar is also developing a 100 MW wind facility at Zaafarana in order to support the government’s renewable energy program.
