Portuguese Company to Invest Big in Angola’s RE Sector

Portuguese company Mota Engil is planning to invest part of a five-year €1 billion spending plan into Angola‘s renewable energy sector, according to state-owned news agency Angop.

                             

Company chairman Antonio Mota said that he was interested in investing in water distribution and sewage treatment systems in Angola. The country is one of the world’s fastest growing economies with an average of 15% GDP growth since 2002.
