Within the scope of the sale process of its Transmission and Distribution division launched on June 30th, the deadline for binding offers was November 9th at 5 pm. AREVA received today 3 offers from:

– Alstom/Schneider

– General Electric

– Toshiba/INCJ

AREVA is now assessing these offers.
