Congo Energy is now the official distributor of BEKA SCHRÉDER products in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). BEKA is Africa’s leading manufacturer of luminaires, specializing in designing and manufacturing HID and LED lighting solutions. Its products are certified by the South African Bureau of Standards and are identified and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2000 certified factory.
Congo Energy is a subsidiary of the Forrest Group and develops infrastructure for hydroelectric and solar production as well as for electricity transmission and distribution. The company is active in project management, the development of new infrastructure and the rehabilitation and maintenance of existing installations. In 2017, it became the first Congolese company to be ISO 9001:2015 certified in its field of activity and the first partner of Schneider Electric in the DRC and thereby certified to install its equipment.
