Contacts and negotiations have resumed between Egypt’s Nuclear Power Plants Authority (NPPA) and a number of international companies specialized in the technology of establishing and operating a nuclear station.
According to reports, NPPA also received a number of proposals in this regard as part of Egypt’s efforts to diversify energy resources and revive its peaceful nuclear energy program to generate much need power.
The nuclear agency is also beefing up its training in an effort to have staff ready for implementing a national nuclear program.
