IEA Calls for Tender on Renewable vs Non-Renewable Technologies

The International Energy Agency’s (IEA) Implementing Agreement on Renewable Energy Technology Deployment has released a call for tender. “Study on Cost and Business Case Comparisons of Renewable vs Non-Renewable Technologies” will provide fact- and evidence-based information on electricity generation costs for different countries and technologies. It will also document the decision making process of energy utilities and investors regarding the choice of investments in power generation capacities based on renewable and non-renewable technologies.

The deadline for submissions is May 4 with more information found at https://iea-retd.org/archives/tenders/re-cost-1
