The IEEE Smart Village Ambassador Program supports talented individuals, who aspire to become Smart Village Entrepreneurs or Volunteers to work on rural electrification. IEEE Smart Village provides leadership opportunities and financial support to participate at the IEEE PES Power Africa Conference in Livingstone, Zambia on June 28-July 2, 2016 with an option to attend a Workshop of Smart Village Entrepreneurs from July 3-5th in Kitwe, Zambia.
