The Moroccan government chose a three-company consortium that will design, develop, install, and optimize a 1-MW thermal solar driven Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) energy project.
The scheme will use TransPacific Energy, Inc. (TPE) technology which uses heat recovery and energy conversion process of multi-fluids to maximize heat recovery and efficiently convert waste heat directly into energy. TPE’s systems efficiently convert waste heat directly from industrial processes, solar, geothermal, biomass, and landfill into renewable electrical energy. The company also offers thermal storage and power generation using warm ocean waters and desalination.
Other members of the consortium include SNC-Lavalin, one of the largest engineering and construction firms in the world, and MITHRAS Energies Maroc.
