Acwa Power plans to inaugurate four power plants with a total capacity of 640 MW in Morocco during 2018.The company plans to deliver the Noor II thermodynamic solar power plant with a capacity of 200 MW by the end of March 2018. As for Noor III with a capacity of 150 MW, implemented with the same technology, it will be delivered at the end of 2018.
The three PV solar power plants of the Noor PV1 program, with a total capacity of 170 MW, will also be commissioned in Q1 2018.
Finally, the group is also developinga wind power plant in Tangier with a capacity of 120 MW. The plant will supply the industrial sector of the region with power. Delivery of this infrastructure is scheduled for March 2018
