Lion’s Head Global Partners-managed fund, AfricaGoGreen Fund (AGG) has provided $5 million as part of a $33.4 million multi-country facility for Solarise Africa, a pan-African Energy-as-a-Service company, arranged by the Facility for Energy Inclusion (FEI).
The funding will go toward accelerating the development of its project portfolio in Kenya and other countries in Africa.
Solarise Africa provides reliable and affordable decentralized energy solutions for businesses in Africa. AGG has a mandate to promote private investments in energy efficiency that mitigate or reduce the emission of Green House Gases (GHG) through provision of senior loans, mezzanine loans and guarantee products both in hard and local currencies.
