Nova Power will build a solar power plant with a capacity of 25 MW in Bingué-Bougou, Cote d’Ivoire via its Ivorian subsidiary Korhogo Solaire. The $40 million project will be fully funded by Nova Power and will be built as a public private partnership.

Nova Power, via its Ivorian subsidiary will be responsible for the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of ownership of this solar power plant. The operator will also have to finance and realize the associated transport infrastructures for the connection to the national network on behalf of the Ivorian State. The plant’s expected annual production is 41,481 MWh / year with a yield of 1,662 kWh / year for a performance ratio of 80.6%.
