South Africa’s Odyssey Oil & Energy, Inc. which recently acquired a 51% stake in H-Power International Ltd., announced that its new acquisition has entered into negotiations with a major international wind energy company to utilize H-Power’s patented hybrid battery technology to store the power generated by wind farms.
H-Power plans to distribute the power into an electricity grid that has been stored via its technology. This technology allows for the storage of alternative green energy including solar and wind power and can be used at anytime for distribution into an electricity grid.
