“With Ralf Maus as our new COO, we now not only have a very astute and internationally experienced colleague in our team, we are also, most importantly, placing our management on an even broader foundation,” emphasized Schletter CEO Florian Roos. The management of the Schletter Group, which is headquartered in Kirchdorf near Munich, now consists of Florian Roos (CEO), Martin Lipp (CFO), Dr.-Ing. Cedrik Zapfe (CTO) and Ralf Maus (COO). “This means that we have a very effective team ready to drive our dynamic corporate development further forward.”

As COO, Maus will mainly be responsible for the Schletter Group’s production sites, further expansion and diversification of the supply chain and further optimization of the company’s global logistics. Maus has made a name for himself as a specialist in lean management and the development and optimization of complex manufacturing processes and international supply chains. This is supplemented by his experience as a corporate consultant at McKinsey. “Schletter has developed in a very impressively and, importantly, in a very consistent and strategic way in recent years,” comments Maus. “I am looking forward to supporting this course in the future.”

The Schletter Group ranks among the leading solar installation manufacturers worldwide. In 2022, more than six gigawatts of PV capacity were installed on Schletter systems. In September 2022, the company placed two corporate bonds totaling 65 million euros. Schletter is investing the revenue in further growth, the development of important key markets and the optimization of production and logistics. Among other things, the Schletter Group will shortly be opening a new production plant in Turkey and a new logistics site.
