3Sun, with its JV partners Enel Green Power, Sharp, and STMicroelectronics, has completed construction of its PV panel factory in Catania, Italy.
The plant will have the capacity to produce 160 MW per annum which could increase to 480 MW in upcoming years. The plant will manufacture integrated multi-junction, thin-film PV cells and modules.
