Taiwan Set to Offer Africa its Expertise




As Taiwan prepares to implement more energy efficient policies, it is also getting geared to aid in Africa’s campaign for sustainability. Stephen Shu-hung Shen, Minister of the Environmental Protection Administration said in the “Taiwan and Africa Environmental Leaders” meeting that while Taiwan has a difficult task ahead within its own country, it will be able to help Africa by offering its expertise.

 

Young Chea-yuan, a professor at Chinese Culture University‘s Department of Natural Resources, said Taiwan would offer Africa help to educate its residents and provide health investments while developing land-use management.
