The Tunisian-Algerian high joint committee is working on increasing efforts between Tunisia and Algeria in sectors like energy, human resources, and renewable energy, to name a few.
Secretary of State in charge of Maghreb, Arab and African Affairs Abdelhafidh Harguem said projects fall in line with continuous consultation set up by President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali and President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
Messahel said it was important to increase trade between the two countries in addition to helping one another in the areas of energy, higher education, scientific research, agriculture, irrigation, and renewable energy.
