Two South African energy firms have partnered to invest in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in sub-Saharan Africa. Infrastructure solutions group Akhani Group and energy management services company Energy Cybernetics
Nearly one year ago, Energy Cybernetics formed a JV with a German company called SUNCybernetics, marking its entry into the renewable energy sector. In its latest move, the company hopes that it will be able to identify and develop solar PV opportunities that will reduce the overall cost of electricity of a site.
