Wasabi Energy’s Turkish subsidiary, Imparator Enerji, completed the prefeasibility study for the Tuzla Geothermal Power Project (TGPP) expansion. The 30-MW expansion could see the project increase to around 80 MW, according to past studies.
Wasabi chairman John Byrne commented, "The results of the prefeasibility study underline the Wasabi Group’s stated objective of having 25 MW of power production directly attributable to Wasabi either under construction or in operation by 2015 and maintaining that minimum growth at that rate thereafter."
