Wind Conference in Cairo Picks up Speed

SGS to Participate in Wind Power Development and Implementation Conference 2010 in Cairo, Egypt

On December 13th and 14th, SGS will attend and sponsor the Wind Power Conference at the Cairo Ramses Hilton Hotel in Egypt. On Conference Day 2 at 10.30 am, SGS will be holding a presentation entitled Increasing Efficiency of Wind Energy Projects.

 

SGS will attend the Wind Power Conference 2010 in Cairo, Egypt where international delegates will explore the potential of the growing African wind power industry. The conference will take place on December 13th and 14th at the Cairo Ramses Hilton Hotel with interactive workshops to be held on the 12th and 15th.

 

Organized by IQPC, the annual Wind Power Conference is an important international event for the wind energy industry, where experts annually gather to discuss wind energy industry trends, technological developments and the changing regulatory landscape. This year’s conference will have a particular focus on Africa and on methods of how to attract and secure international funding. 

 

On day 2 of the Conference, Tuesday 14 December 2010 at 10.30 am, the SGS expert team will be holding a presentation entitled ‘Increasing Efficiency of Wind Energy Projects; from concept to commissioning’. The presentation will detail SGS’s project execution process, involving the identification of key requirements, beginning with tender evaluation and ending with final acceptance (https://www.wind.sgs.com/services-overview-for-the-wind-e …). Furthermore, SGS will discuss ways of increasing the efficiency of wind energy projects, from concept to commissioning.
