Leaders in the solar industry gathered in Zimababwe’s capital city Harare to meet RE product manufacturers from North America in the 20th training session organized by African Energy.
The two-day seminar at a lodge in the outskirts of Harare featured trainers from Deka Battery, Schneider Electric, Magnum Energy and Morningstar Corp., focusing on best practices and the latest products in the solar and power backup industries. Most of the participants represented small and medium sized companies who provide energy solutions for remote installations, lighting and water pumping, or to back up unstable grid electricity.
